Shipping Info, Options & Policy
♥ CANADIAN SHIPPING ♥
♥ There are two options for Canadian shipping;
1) Oversized Lettermail - Cheaper method with no tracking.
2) Tracked Regular Parcel - delivery in approx 5-9 days. Tracking provided.
♥ USA SHIPPING & PREPAID TARIFFS ♥
♥ There is one option for USA shipping;
1) Tracked Packet USA Is the Preferable and safest option. Packages arrive in aproximately 7-14 business days. Tracking is provided.
Important Update for USA customers (Effective Sept 1st, 2025): Shipping costs are slightly higher because all U.S. tariffs are now prepaid by me. This means you will have no additional charges upon delivery— everything is fully covered upfront for a smoother experience.
♥ EVERYWHERE ELSE ♥
♥ There are two options for everywhere else in the world;
1) Tracked Packet International. Packages arrive in aproximately 6-10 business days. Tracking is provided.
2) Small Packet International. Packages arrive in aproximately 6-10 business days. Tracking is NOT provided.
♥ COMBINING ORDERS ♥
♥ I will automatically combine orders with the same name & address if you purchased on the same day(no need to email!). If you'd like me to hold your pin with a preorder to ship together, please email me (within a week time frame or so). I can't guarantee I can offer this, but will try my best! When combining orders, I will refund the cheapest shipping amount as more pins means shipping can be more expensive
♥ ADDITIONAL SHIPPIING INFORMATION & POLICIES ♥
♥ I am typically unable to combine orders for Lettermail within Canada. Packages need to be a certain weight and can't be thick as they will not accept it.
♥ SHIPPING DELAYS MAY OCCUR AND ALL DELIVERY DAYS ABOVE ARE ESTIMATES. I will be doing my best to get packages shipped out in the next few days, but depending on the volume of orders, this could take me a few days longer! ♥
♥ Keep in mind Canada Post does not operate on weekends, although packages can still be dropped off on Saturday and Sundays, you will see no movement on the package until atleast Monday! ♥
♥ International buyers are responsible to pay for any fees that may apply to your order (import, exports, VAT fees, etc.). I am not responsible for any refunds because of these fees.
Note: This does not apply to USA customers. As of Sept 1st, 2025, all U.S. tariffs are prepaid by me, so American buyers will have no additional charges upon delivery. ♥
♥ Disclaimer: If you decide to choose no tracking, I am not responsible for any lost packages after shipping. I am also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages due to postal errors. Canada Post/USPS will be responsible for the packages after I have shipped it. Although, I will ALWAYS do my best to recitfy the situation with you.
