♥ SHIPPING POLICY ♥
Flat rate shipping prices are at check out. Please see the shipping information tab for more information.
International buyers are responsible to pay for any fees that may apply to your order (import, exports, VAT fees, etc.). I am not responsible for any refunds because of these fees.
♥ REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY ♥
All sales are final! (Please refer to grading policy page before purchasing).
- If an item is a preorder and you need to change your order (such as an address) please contact me as soon as possible for assistance. If your address is incorrect due to this, I am not obligated to replace refund/replace your order.
- If your product has any severe defects, I will either refund a partial amount or or may ask you to ship the product back on your own expense, and I can ship you a new one. Depending on the situation I may just ship you a new one free of charge!
- If you receive the wrong pin completely, I typically will allow you to keep that pin and send you the correct pin free of charge. Very rarely will I ask you to ship it back, but if I do, I will cover the shipping cost.
- Please note if you buy a second hand pin from another collector that is received flawed or damage, I do not have any responsibility in issuing a replacement/refund. This would be a matter resolved between yourself and the reseller.
If any errors occur in production and the pin needs to be remade completely, then I will look at accepting refunds, due to the long wait times of production(this is to be determined on a case by case basis)
That all being said, If you have any issues at all with your pins or need a refund outside of my policies, you may email me at [email protected] and I will ALWAYS work with you to find a resolution that works best for you! Please do not hesitate to contact me!
♥ PURCHASING/RESELLING POLICY ♥
- Please buy preorder pins and in hands seperately if you would like your in stock pin quicker. otherwise, It will be sent out with your preordered pin when it arrives.
- P4P pins can not be sold for more than drop price + shipping. Doing so can result in a ban from further purchases.
- If a pin is still in my shop, please do not resell if for more than drop price + shipping. If a pin is out of stock, you are free to price it as is, but please do not resell for any crazy amounts! flipping takes the fun out of collecting in any hobby.
- Unless an LE (Limited Edition) is specified in the product listing and lasered on the back of the pin, my pins are OE (Open Edition). OE means I can always restock a pin if there is interest, but it's not guaranteed. LE pins do not get restocked in that variant, but it could always come back in a different plating with a different effect. Again, this is not guaranteed.
- I am not able to do any holds/early access as it would be unfair to offer it to one person and not everyone else, I ask that you please respect this policy. I will consider early access if you are international and in a different time zone from me and my drop would occur in the middle of the night for you!
- Open Preorder pins that reach over 100 orders will NOT come on backing cards and the package will not contain the usual freebies(stickers & candy). I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this is to ensure I can grade and pack the orders in a timely manner! (if you are someone who displays their pins on the backing card, you can ALWAYS request in the order notes or by email to have some sent to you, free of charge!)
- As part of the freebies you may receive with your order, a complimentary piece of candy can be included! Please consume at your own risk. HFXpins is not liable for any adverse effects, including allergic reactions or health issues, that may arise from its consumption.
